X-Factor finalist Stacy Francis has decided to make some money off of Whitney Houston’s death.

One day before Whitney Houston died she and Francis allegedly had an argument over Ray J. Francis, initially, was mum over details of the fight. She only revealed on her Twitter page that Houston was mad because Ray J was talking to her.

But she’s had a change of heart. Francis allegedly sold her side of the story to a British tabloid. During her interview with ‘The Mirror’ she said Houston was full of Tequila and champagne. She also makes strong accusations that Houston was high on pills.

The cat fight erupted early Friday morning at Tru Hollywood nightclub. Francis said she bumped into Houston in the VIP area after she briefly taken the stage to sing ‘Yes, Jesus Love Me.’ Francis claims the two met before and even sang onstage together in the 90s. The two women eventually hung out together in the VIP.

“I showed her photos of my one-year-old daughter and four-year-old son and she told me how much she loved her only daughter, Bobbi Kristina,” Francis told The Mirror. “She was in such a good mood – so witty and funny and cool. I couldn’t believe I was actually hanging out with Whitney Houston – I even sent out a message on Twitter.”

While the two were sitting together, Francis noticed Whitney downing plenty of liquor. She claimed Houston ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon and drank glass after glass. She admits she did not see Houston with drugs.

“She then started downing shots of tequila with her entourage,” Francis said. “We were all having fun, just hanging out.”

But Francis said Houston’s mood quickly changed once Ray J met up with the music legend at the party. When Ray held a conversation with Stacy, Houston interrupted and said: ‘You know Ray’s my baby? Yeah, I’m a cougar girl!’

“I said, ‘Whitney, I love you baby. It’s not like that,” Francis said. “Calm down, you’re causing a scene.”

Ray J tried to explain to Whitney that Francis was a friend of the family, but Houston wasn’t buying it.

“She was out of control,” Francis said. “She put her hand in my face. She was screaming at me and called me a bitch. She just went crazy – like Jekyll and Hyde. I turned to look at her and she pushed my forehead and turned my face away.”

Stacy added,”I grabbed her hand and said, ‘Please don’t do this. You’re everything to me. You’re my idol, you’re a legend.’ I was crying and screaming out, we were both screaming until eventually we were pulled apart.”
