Wesley Snipes Released From Prison [Details]

Actor Wesley Snipes is a free man.

Snipes was released from prison this week after serving a three-year sentence in Pennsylvania for failing to file his federal  income tax returns, TMZ reports. But the 50-year old must remain on house arrest until this summer.

Snipes was released on April 2 and will be under house arrest until July 19. His sentence began on Dec. 9, 2010.

Snipes is best known for his roles in films, the Blade trilogy, New Jack City, Passenger 57 and White Men Can’t Jump. He is the father of five children and is married to Nakyung “Nikki” Park.
