New York Knicks star J.R. Smith doesn’t waste time when it comes to groupies.

Smith, who is a man of few words, gets right to the point. And to prove it, one of his groupies he tried to seduce put him on blast on Twitter. According to Deadspin, Smith tried to seduce a 18-year old female on the social media website last month after she sent him a direct message.

Smith and the high school senior had a back and forth conversation that lasted for a few hours, only because the Knicks star would answer her messages hours later. In his last response that she posted, Smith got straight to the point. He asked her ‘if she was trying to get the pipe?’

After the screen shoot went viral, Smith didn’t go balistic on the female. He simply posted the photo below with the hashtag,”#YouTryingToGetThePipe.”

Meanwhile the Knicks are allegedly frustrated with Smith’s play. Even though he’s averaging 17.3 points on 16.1 shots this season, Smith attitude is getting in the way.

That attitude problem boiled over in the Knicks’ blowout loss to the Pacers on Wednesday. Smith was ejected in the third quarter. He drew a double technical foul after a dust-up with Lance Stephenson in the first half and was tossed in the second half after being called for an offensive foul and using a hand gesture to show his disapproval.

Knicks head coach Mike Woodson was not pleased after the game. New York Post reports:

Asked if he had spoken to Smith about his behavior, an angry Woodson said: “I’m not happy about how we played and how we carried ourselves professionally on the basketball court. We can’t do that. I’m not going to tolerate that. I’m just not.”

Smith also had an incident with the Knicks’ mild-mannered assistant coach, Herb Williams. In the first half, Williams and Smith exchanged angry words on the bench during a timeout. After the game, Williams’ anger seemed to carry over.

As Smith talked to a media scrum, Williams walked over and ordered Smith to take his headphones off while he was addressing reporters. Smith’s headphones were draped around his head. Smith took them off and Williams shook his head in disgust as he walked away.

Smith better leave those groupies alone and focus on his game before he ends up without a job.
