Rapper Lil Wayne is showing his comical side in a new deposition video that has surfaced.

Weezy, who is currently suing Quincy Jones III for unauthorized music usage in his 2009 documentary The Carter, is seen making an absolute mockery of Jones’ lawyer Pete Ross in a video obtained by TMZ. Wayne becomes annoyed by Ross’s questions and in turn begins to question him during the deposition that took place on June 20th.

When asked if he performed at the Virgin Mobile Music Fest in 2008 with Kanye West, Wayne answers, “I don’t know. But I know I did this perform at this badass b—h birthday party recently. She was crazy stupid thick.”

Weezy was later asked about his criminal history and career. He appears to be annoyed by these questions and repeats “I don’t know” without letting the questions even go through. Although Wayne claims to not remember his arrest and gun bust in New York. He served an eight month sentence at Rikers Island. He allegedly had to remove his platinum grill before receiving thousands of dollars of dental work before he began his sentence.

The deposition completely broke down with Wayne threatening the lawyer. Referring to a judge mediating the deposition, Wayne said, “You know he can’t save you, right? In the real world, he can’t save you.” When asked what that means, he said, “I don’t have to elaborate on that.” But he then said he was talking to himself.

Jones III was allegedly given the greenlight to follow Wayne and document his day-to-day lifestyle for months while Wayne was recording Tha Carter III album back in 2009. However, things fell apart after Wayne watched what Jones had put together and called the documentary a “scandalous portrayal” of his lifestyle.
