Former NBA player Lamar Odom doesn’t mind talking about Khloe Kardashian.
Odom talked about Kardashian to Entertainment Tonight at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Wednesday night. He was in attendance to watch former Lakers teammate Kobe Bryant’s final game. Odom continues to recover from his near-fatal overdose six months ago.
“I’ve never been better, especially after tonight,” Odom told ET’s Kevin Frazier. “He had 60 [points] tonight. He is the world, learned so much from him off the court, on the court, everything kinda translates and life is beautiful.”
The 36-year old even recorded video message earlier in the evening for Bryant’s farewell video. Odom also addressed rumors he’s fallen back into bad habits after he was spotted drinking at a bar with friends on March 26. It was the day before he celebrated Easter with Kardashian and her family.
Many were concerned with the photos of Odom drinking alcohol given the fragile state of his kidneys following his overdose, which occurred in Las Vegas on Oct. 13.
“I mean, it gets tough, especially if so much gets speculated,” Odom said of the photos that surfaced of him out at a bar. “Only a few people know the truth, and I just keep that close to my heart.”
After the photos surfaced, its rumored that Kardashian is moving forward with the divorce.
“We did talk, you know, everything is [up for] discussion,” Odom said of Kardashian. “We talk about anything. We’ve been through a lot. It won’t ever stop.”
Odom also revealed that he wants to get back on the court. “I still got it,” he said.
