Lamar Odom Fires Back At Angry Fan on Twitter

Former Dallas Mavericks player Lamar Odom may be feeling a little remorseful.

Odom admitted to his Twitter followers that his time in Dallas wasn’t the perfect situation. He let his three million followers know that he’s ready to make a come back in the NBA. Odom was released from the Mavericks in April after his career-low numbers and minutes continued to dip as the season wore on.

The Mavericks have listed him as inactive for the rest of the season instead of outright releasing him. They will try to trade him after the season in conjunction with the draft. While Odom waits to see who he’ll play for next, he tweeted on Thursday night:

Odom also tweeted about his aspirations to be a fashion mogul.

One fan by the Twitter name of @tjat10 didn’t buy Odom’s statement. He thought the former Laker player’s attempts to come back was too late. The fan tweeted, “Maybe should’ve thought about ‘being the best’ when you were collecting a check from the mavs instead of sulking like a b!”

Odom didn’t waste anytime responding to the disgruntled fan. Odom tweeted:

It’s been a tough year for Odom. He loss his cousin to gun violence and was also a passenger in a car that killed a 15-year old boy. The trade, along with the growing speculation of marital problems with his wife Khloe Kardashian appears to have sent Odom over the edge.

Hopefully, Odom can get it together and make a comeback!
