After two years in a Louisiana immigration detention facility, Stacks was released back into the free world on Thursday. An immigration judge ruled that Stacks, whose real name is Andrea Herrara, wasn’t a positive member of society and ordered her deported.

But Stacks and lawyer fought the decision, claiming she was a victim of abuse and sex trafficking. A appeals board granted her a second chance and voted 2-1 to grant her appeal. She posted her excitement of her release on Twitter.

SandraRose.com reports WorldStarHipHop.com founder Q is Stacks boyfriend. A source told the website that Q allegedly made sure money was on Stacks books while she was locked up and paid all of her bills and took care of her family while she was away. Q allegedly greeted her outside the prison with a first class plane ticket in hand.
