Justin Bieber just can’t stay away from trouble.

The Boyfriend singer was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest and drag racing in Miami Beach on Thursday.  Bieber made a brief appearance through a video link Thursday afternoon, before a Miami judge who set a “standard” $2,500 bond for his release.

According to TMZ, Bieber was leaving SET nightclub in his rented Lamborghini when he was pulled over by cops around 4 a.m. The 19-year old was given a field sobriety test and failed.

Officers approached Bieber’s car and they instantly smelled alcohol and noticed that he had bloodshot eyes. He resisted arrest and cussed the cop out, saying, “Why the f**k are you doing this? … What the f**k did I do? Why did you stop me?”

During the arrest, he admitted that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

“[Justin] made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana, and consumed some prescription medication,” said an official during a news conference.

He was reportedly going between 55 and 60 mph in a 30 mph residential area and was driving on an expired Georgia license. Model Chantel Jeffries was a passenger in his vehicle. Jefferies is the ex-girlfriend of Philadelphia Eagles star DeSean Jackson.

His friend, 19-year-old Def Jam singer Khalil, was racing alongside him in a red Ferrari before he was arrested for DUI. Bieber has been seen around Miami this week, visiting the beach, a skate shop, and King of Diamonds gentlemen’s club, where he reportedly dropped $75,000.

Earlier this month, Bieber made headlines for egging his neighbor’s house. Police raided his Calabasas mansion and arrested his friend Lil Za for drug possession.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies used a felony search warrant last week to raid Bieber’s mansion in the felony vandalism investigation. They seized Bieber’s iPhone and the security camera system, which detectives have been examining for clues about who tossed eggs over a fence that splattered onto the next-door house, causing an estimated $20,000 in damage.
