Nicki Minaj continues to push the envelope regardless of what critics have to say about her fashion sense.
Minaj showed up to the MTV Video Music Awards Thursday night in a yellow, pink and green wig with a large black hat, which suited a bus driver or a large police officer. Nevertheless, she pieced the outlandish neon hair and hat with a black catsuit with black embellished platform pumps.
Minaj didn’t leave empty-handed either. She won Best Female Video for her hit song Starships. Check out her look below.
