Evelyn Lozada Shows Off Her Abs! [Photos]

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has transformed her body.

And Lozada wants the world to see her fit physique. The reality star showed off her abs last weekend in Dallas. Lozada wore a pair of neon green shorts, garter tights and thigh high boots.

Lozada is not keeping her workout regimen a secret. She’s sharing tips on how to lose weight on Latina.com. Her column features an array of workout topics. Check out her Six Workout Secrets below.

1. Don’t be lazy

Try to be active as much as you can! Take the stairs instead of the elevator,  walk instead of taking the cab (for you New Yorkers!), park  far in the parking lot if you are going  grocery shopping or to the mall. Just try to be active, which helps.

2. Work out in the morning

Working out in the morning will boost your metabolism.

3. Do more than 15 minutes of cardio

It honestly takes more than 15 minutes for your body to begin metabolizing  fat. So, I normally do 45 minutes.

4. Stop using the scale

If you are trying to lose weight, find that pair of jeans that you want to  eventually fit into…then try them on each week. This is the best indicator to  knowing if you are losing weight or inches from working out.

5. Be aware of what you put into your body

I’m not a label reader, however, I don’t eat everything. I actually don’t eat  sweets nor do I eat meat, except for fish. When I want to fuel my body prior to  a workout, I do not drink sports drinks or coconut water  do to the calorie intake. I usually drink youthH2O, which is fueled with super  foods that are better for your body.

6. Don’t work out everyday

Bottom line, your muscles need to relax. Having some down time is actually  okay, so take two days off.
