Eddie Murphy has recruited rapper-turned-reggae star Snoop Lion for a new reggae song.

The Coming to America star has released a video for his new song Redlight on YouTube that shows himself and Snoop Dogg collaborating in the studio as they record the track. It’s unclear if Murphy is recording an entire reggae album, but Snoop revealed in May that he was in talks with the comedian to collaborate on a series of film and TV-related projects.

“I’m gonna holler at him, see if I can get some paper (money) to do some of these movies,” Snoop told Rolling Stone. “I got a lot of ideas and I’m tired of paying for them myself. He ain’t making fresh, dynamic s**t. He only do a movie once a year for the white world. I’m talking about real n**ga s**t that’ll keep him connected. Real boss s**t (sic).”

Murphy is no stranger to music. He released a few albums with his biggest hit being Party All the Time that was produced by Rick James in 1985. Watch Murphy and Snoop’s video below.
