Diddy Apologizes for Profanity-Laced Vodka Rant

Diddy has finally sobbered up and is regretful.
Diddy and TI made headlines over the weekend when a video surfaced of the two yelling over a mic at a Atlanta nightclub. The video showed the Ciroc owner going off on a few Grey Goose drinkers. He threw ice at some guy, threatened to fight him and called him “n**ga” and a “f**got” all for drinking a rival brand of vodka. TI intervened and tried to defuse the situation.

Diddy is now remorseful about the events that occured. He claims he “backslid and regressed” when he went on a tirade the other night, shouting racial and homophobic slurs at a clubgoer in Atlanta.
The rap mogul is begging for forgiveness on Twitter for the outburst. In his apology today, Diddy writes:
I’m a child of God and I should be better no matter what someone says to me, he tweeted. I’m sorry for the ignorant way I represented myself and us.
To all my children of God…I have backslid and regressed. Forgive me for my ignorance. Pray for me pls. I know better and I am better.
I have a responsibility that I promise I will live up to. And I’m more disappointed in myself than you know. I will humble myself and learn.
Bottom line is I’m sorry to all! Pls find it in your heart to accept my apology. I will do better and be Greater And a source of positivity! Thank yall for listening. Thank you. Real talk. Peace.
Meanwhile, TI talked about the incident with Atlanta’s Wild 105.7 to clear up any stories that have circulated about beef between Diddy:
I’ve been seeing a lot of embellishment going on online about the Compound with me and Puff. First of all, let me clear something up. Me and Puff go way, way back…that’s like a brother. Whatever was said by me was said out of love to Puff not in no intention to belittle him or check him. Puff is a grown man, he does what he wanna do but I just felt it necessary for me to separate myself from the situation that was going on. Just so people knew I wasn’t involved because of my personal circumstances. That’s the kind of activity I can’t afford to engage in right now. That was my purpose; not to check Puff or to give Puff no personal chastising or nothing like that. We too big and we too strong…our relationship goes too deep for that and of course, I offered my opinion in the process of me separating myself from the situation but my opinion was offered out of love. People are talking about we got into a physical altercation, I checked him off and it wasn’t nothing like that. I think y’all need to clear that up and don’t believe everything you read.
Have you spoken to him since?
Yeah, we spoke that night. We spoke the next day. We spoke today. That’s what I’m saying, me and Puff, we’re like brothers, we cool, we good. He’s one of the first people on his level to reach down to me when no one knew who T.I was. So he was one of the first people to notice me and he’s always been very supportive and just an extreme example of how to get where I’m trying to be. I just really hate that people are trying to blow things out of proportion and make a situation when there isn’t one.
