Beyonce Celebrates 31st Birthday With Jay-Z and Blue Ivy in France [Photos]

Beyonce had a low-key birthday with her husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy on Tuesday.
The Love on Top singer spent her 31st birthday aboard a private yacht cruising through the Mediterranean Sea in the South of France. Bey was spotted make-up free and wearing a nautical-style blue and white sweater with a wine glass in hand aboard the yacht.
Jay-Z, 42, was on baby duty. The New York rapper was seen holding nine-month old Blue Ivy. Check out photos of the Carters below.
